Essex wedding photographer is based out of Colchester . Ian Johnson photographs weddings at all Essex wedding venues .
Ian has photographed weddings now for over 20 years , he started photographing weddings because of his own wedding . After finding aphotographer to photograph his wedding , he needed a test couple , to show him what he wanted , well from that moment onwards Ian hasnt stopped . Born in London and brought up in Essex all his life , a Clacton boy . His love for photography took him to Los Angeles where he photographed fashion and celebrities for 17 years . His portfolio includes Reese Witherspoon , Ed Harris , Bob Hoskins , Sir Ian Mckellan , Sir Richard Attenborough and more .
After the first wedding he photographed in the hills of Malibu Ian was hooked . His photos are full of life , one fashion magazine described his work as ' wedding photographt with a distinctive cinematic style.

London Routemaster buses are becoming very popular again taking wedding guestsfrom church to venues . Mini champagne bottles with straws were given to all the guests .

On a very rainy day we managed to find shelter with a perfect background for photography. The wedding was probably one of the most relaxed weddings I have ever photographed and Henry and Asa were smiling throughout . Im surprised Essex wasnt flooded this week with the amount of rain we had.

The photo I took of London wedding couple will be published in a book covering great wedding moments. Not even London rain could stop this wedding from going ahead . It was sunny when the bride walked down the aisle with her father.
